In Migration Law 'Eligible New Zealand Citizen' is labeled as a definition and term. Even if not a lion’s share of the New Zealand citizens, many of them are unfamiliar with the legal meaning of it.
An Eligible New Zealand Citizen is best known as a Protected Special Category Visa holder. A Special Category Visa, subclass TY444.is bore by them as well. Those who are not ENZC will be entitled to apply for Australian citizenship and full Centrelink entitlements after they apply for a permanent visa. Note: Entitlements to various Centrelink payments are subject to a Newly arrived residents waiting period
Centrelink check out the time period, New Zealand citizens have spent in Australia after they are granted to be a permanent resident visa. This will occur if you enter on a New Zealand passport with a Special Category visa.
On account of COVID-19, the newly arrived residents' waiting period has been removed until the 31st December 2020 for particular clearances. This information is current as of 5 August 2020.
